Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 Aug 2025

1) Overview

Let Go to Grow provides self-guided personal growth tools powered by AI. The service is not medical, psychological, or crisis care. If you’re in crisis, call your local emergency number. You must be 18+ to use the service.

2) Accounts, Billing & Cancellation

  • Sign up with email or Google.
  • Subscriptions bill via Stripe and auto-renew until you cancel.
  • Cancel your subscription at any time in Settings.
  • Refunds: Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts; we may consider goodwill refunds case-by-case.

3) Acceptable Use

Don’t upload illegal or harmful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer any part of it. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4) Your Content & Our Service

You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content only to operate and improve the service’s functionality. Select features use third-party processors listed in the Privacy section.

5) Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided “as is.” Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law (e.g., intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, mandatory product liability). For slight negligence in essential duties, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

6) Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.

7) Changes

We may update these terms. Where required, we will notify you of material changes.

We use Vercel Web Analytics (cookie-less) to measure aggregated traffic (e.g., page views, referrers, approximate region) to improve the service; it does not access your personal content.
